Yes – As part of the register to bid process there is a field that will ask for “proof of funds”. You can upload any document you deem appropriate that conveys sound financial position i.e. mortgage approval. Our team will review the document(s) and once it is determined that they are satisfactory, bidding up to that amount will be approved.

Yes, you can bid on multiple properties at once. To do this, you will need to register individually for each property and make a separate bid for each auction you wish to participate in.

Congratulations! Winners will be contacted at the conclusion of the auction by the listing seller who will then advise them of the steps to follow.
